Prof. Berger is the oversight committee chair for Beckman Center for CryoEM at Johns Hopkins and principle investigator for the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Foundation grant that helped fund the facility. The Berger research lab uses structural biology to understand how multisubunit complexes in a cell manage a cell’s genetic information.
