Duncan Sousa will be away the weeks of July 19th and July 26st.
The Titan will be available for trained users or if you have a trained user assist you. EPU and SerialEM both work. EPU has been updated and has some new features such as autoloader grid selection and multigrid screening. SerialEM has been updated as well. The old data collection scripts still work, but I’ve added scripts for multihole and multishot data collection: 14 – testing, 15 main run script, and 16 core functions. The new hole finder also works great. Under the desktop protocols folder you can find Harvard protocols and our SerialEM protocol.
