We performed a benchmarking on March 29 for the Titan Krios.

At magnification 130kx, we collected 755 exposures and used 711 with a 5A CTF filter. We used 329002/346312 particles and obtained a resolution of 1.89A. The pixel size is around 0.93A.

The Glacios benchmarking was done on March 27.

At magnification 120kx, we collected 814 exposures and used 786 with a 8A CTF filter. 130057/143184 particles were used, and a resolution of 2.54A was obtained. The pixel size is around 1.19A.

The Aquilos installation is finished. Workflow validation for making lamella was successful. Staff are setting up workflows.
