We performed a benchmarking on October 17 for the Titan Krios.
At magnification 130kx, we collected 1493 exposures and used 965 with a 4A CTF filter. We used 444668/533716 particles and obtained a resolution of 1.90A. The pixel size is around 0.93A.
The Glacios benchmarking was done on October 31.
At magnification 120kx, we collected 599 exposures and used 227 with a 7A CTF filter. The ice condition was not ideal for the grid we used. 102135/130077 particles were used, and a resolution of 2.59A was obtained. The pixel size is around 1.19A.
