We performed a benchmarking on November 19 for the Titan Krios.
At magnification 130kx, we collected 852 exposures and used 409 with a 4A CTF filter. We used 108190/200249 particles and obtained a resolution of 1.90A. The pixel size is around 0.93A.
The Glacios benchmarking was done on November 22.
At magnification 120kx, we collected 596 exposures and used 446 with a 7A CTF filter. The ice condition was not ideal for the grid we used. 134351/301297 particles were used, and a resolution of 2.75A was obtained. The pixel size is around 1.19A. We will try to improve the scope condition as soon as possible.
